TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

1M2 (SQM) USES 55 BRICKS ON THE SINGLE WALL. 1M2 (SQM) USES 110 BRICKS ON THE DOUBLE WALL. 1M2 (SQM) USED 50 BEVEL BRICKS ON THE PAVING. 1M2 (SQM) USED 46 INTERLOCK BRICKS ON THE PAVING. 1000 BRICKS USED APPROX 1M3 (CUBE) SAND. 1M3 (CUBE) SAND USES APPROX 6 TO 8 BAGS OF CEMENT.

Prices shown on the website is including VAT (excluding DELIVERY).

Delivery can take up to 5 – 7 working days. (Depending on the stock availability) (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not working days).

We advise you DO NOT ORGANISE BUILDERS on site before materials arrived, we do not take any responsibility of your loses / downtime due to delay of delivery.
Should you wish to RETURN the materials on arrival of delivery; 20% handling fees will be charged for transport cost.

7% breakage policy on all stock bricks / cement bricks products.
Refund policy: NO CASH REFUND. Refund takes 7 – 14 working da( 10% cancellation fee will be charge to cover admin & bank charges).

When calling for quote please specify the site entrance space so we know what size of truck to use for delivery. should our driver unable to get access to the offloading point due to limited space, we will then offload the materials at the nearest destination points.
