STRENGTH: STOCK BRICK 7-14MPA; FACE BRICK +14MPA
BRICK TEXTURES:
Satin - Smooth, non-grainy face finish.
Travertine - Rough, Natural clay grain textured.
BRICK CLASSIFICATIONS:
NFP : Non Facing Plastered - bricks suitable for general building work to be plastered.
NFX : Non Facing Extra - bricks suitable use for foundation, plastered or unplastered, for general building work below ground level where durability.
FBX : Face Brick Extra - bricks that are selected or produced for their durability and high degree of uniformity of size, shape and colour.
FBS : Face Brick Standard - bricks that are selected or produced for their durability and uniformity of size and shape.
FBA : Face Brick Aesthetic
Clay bricks that are selected of produced for their durability and aesthetics effect deriving from non-uniformity of size, shape or colour.

Prices shown on the website is including VAT (excluding DELIVERY).

Delivery can take up to 5 – 7 working days. (Depending on the stock availability) (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not working days).

We advise you DO NOT ORGANISE BUILDERS on site before materials arrived, we do not take any responsibility of your loses / downtime due to delay of delivery.
Should you wish to RETURN the materials on arrival of delivery; 20% handling fees will be charged for transport cost.

Please ensure the materials you’ve ordered is up to your satisfactions. Actual bricks might have colour variation to the website pictures.

We advised you to visit our store to view the product or collect samples before placing order.

Once the order has been placed or dispatched we will not take responsibility for returning or cancel the order.

7% breakage policy on all stock bricks / cement bricks products.
Refund policy: NO CASH REFUND. Refund takes 7 – 14 working da( 10% cancellation fee will be charge to cover admin & bank charges).

When calling for quote please specify the site entrance space so we know what size of truck to use for delivery. should our driver unable to get access to the offloading point due to limited space, we will then offload the materials at the nearest destination points.

4000- 5000 Brick orders will be deliver with crane truck.

1000 – 3000 Brick order will be deliver with tipper truck.

Sand and cement orders will be deliver with tipper truck , 8 Ton or Bakkie.
